Information We Collect & Why

PrintMoi may collect names, business names, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, account information, order history, quotations, correspondence, artwork, uploaded files, transaction information, IP address, browser/device information, cookies, website activity and customer-service communications.

We use personal information to prepare quotes, manage accounts, process and manufacture orders, create proofs, communicate with customers, process payments, ship orders, provide support, investigate claims, prevent fraud, maintain business records, improve and secure our services, comply with legal obligations and send marketing communications where permitted.

Stripe & Service Providers

PrintMoi uses Stripe for certain payment-processing services. Stripe may collect information necessary to process payments, authenticate transactions, prevent fraud and comply with regulatory requirements.

PrintMoi does not generally receive or store complete card security codes and may not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

PrintMoi may also use service providers for e-commerce, hosting, order management, cloud storage, email, communications, shipping, accounting, analytics, security, product supply and IT services.

Consent, Cookies & Marketing

PrintMoi obtains consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn where legally permitted, subject to legal, contractual and operational limitations.

PrintMoi.ca may use cookies and related technologies to operate the website, maintain sessions, remember settings, understand traffic, improve performance, help prevent fraud and support advertising or marketing where permitted.

Marketing emails, SMS messages or other commercial electronic messages will be sent in accordance with applicable Canadian law and will include an unsubscribe method where required. Transactional messages about orders, proofs, invoices, pickup, shipping or support are separate from promotional marketing.

Storage, Retention & Security

Some service providers may process or store information outside New Brunswick or outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

PrintMoi retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, accounting, legal, contractual, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping purposes.

PrintMoi uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, Breaches & Contact

PrintMoi will investigate privacy incidents and make records, notifications or regulatory reports where required by applicable law.

Individuals may request access to or correction of personal information held about them, subject to legal exceptions. PrintMoi may verify identity before disclosure.
