No minimum on DTF printing: you can order a single piece. Embroidery starts at a minimum quantity, shown next to the embroidery price on each product page.

Our pricing is all-inclusive: the garment and the decoration come in one price per piece, and that price goes down as your quantity goes up. Each product page shows the lowest price per unit. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Yes: uniforms, team wear, school and event apparel, and promotional products. For a large order, signs or anything you do not see on the site, request a quote and we will get back to you.

Upload the highest-quality file you have in the online designer, or email it to info@printmoi.ca. Low-resolution, blurry or compressed images can reduce the final quality. If your logo needs cleanup, vectorizing or embroidery digitizing, we can prepare it (a separate charge may apply).

Only send artwork you own or have permission to use.

Production time depends on the product, the quantity and the decoration method, and it is separate from shipping time. If you need your order for an event or a fixed date, tell us before you order and we will confirm what is possible. Rush production may be available at an extra charge.

Shipping is free on orders over $250 before tax. Below that, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. You can also pick up your order at our shop, 745 rue Victoria in Edmundston, New Brunswick, once we confirm it is ready.

Every order goes through our two-step quality check before it leaves the shop. If a product is made differently from your approved order, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos. Depending on the case, the fix can be a correction, a reprint or a refund. Custom products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
