Customer Rights & Permission

Customers retain ownership of intellectual property and artwork they legally own.

By submitting artwork, the customer grants PrintMoi limited permission to receive, store, reproduce, technically modify, print, embroider, engrave, cut and otherwise process it as reasonably necessary to produce and support the order.

Customer Responsibility

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they own it or have the permission, authorization or licence required to reproduce it. This includes trademarks, business logos, sports or school logos, photographs, characters, illustrations, brand names, copyrighted designs, fonts and other protected content.

PrintMoi’s acceptance of artwork does not mean PrintMoi has independently verified the customer’s rights.

Refusal & Claims

PrintMoi may request evidence of authorization and may refuse, suspend or cancel an order if we reasonably believe production could infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

To the extent permitted by law, a customer who supplies unauthorized material is responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims resulting from the customer’s instructions or submitted content, except to the extent caused by legally actionable conduct by PrintMoi.

PrintMoi Files & Confidential Work

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, PrintMoi retains ownership of its original internal working files, templates, production files, embroidery digitizing files, separations, production layouts, processes and proprietary systems.

Customers may identify a project as confidential and request that it not be used publicly for promotional purposes. PrintMoi may photograph completed work for internal quality-control purposes.
