Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to orders, quotations, products and services supplied by Groupe Cyradmin Inc., operating as PrintMoi.ca (“PrintMoi”, “we”, “us” or “our”), whether ordered online, by email, telephone, social media, approved quotation, or in person.

By placing an order, making payment, approving a quotation or proof, supplying artwork for production, or otherwise authorizing PrintMoi to proceed, the customer agrees to these Terms and the applicable PrintMoi policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Products & Services

PrintMoi provides custom apparel decoration, DTF apparel printing, embroidery, stickers, decals, labels, banners, signs, coroplast, ACM, rigid panels, large-format printing, UV printing, promotional products, engraving, personalization and other custom products.

Different materials and production methods have different technical limitations and commercially reasonable tolerances.

Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Quotes are based on the information available when prepared and may change if artwork, quantities, products, sizes, colours, print locations, dimensions, finishing, shipping or deadlines change.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes are additional, and shipping, artwork, setup or rush fees may be additional.

PrintMoi may correct obvious pricing or calculation errors. Payment requirements may include full payment, a deposit, final payment before pickup/shipping, or approved commercial credit terms.

Certain electronic payments are processed through Stripe. PrintMoi does not generally receive or store complete card security codes and may not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Production may be placed on hold until required payment, artwork, specifications and approvals are received.

Artwork & Design

Customers are responsible for supplying suitable production artwork unless PrintMoi is hired to prepare it. Low-resolution, blurry, compressed or unsuitable artwork may reduce final quality.

PrintMoi may charge separately for design, vectorization, cleanup, colour separation, embroidery digitizing or extensive file preparation.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment for artwork preparation does not automatically transfer ownership of PrintMoi’s internal working files, templates, digitizing files, production files or proprietary processes.

Proof Approval

Customers must carefully review proofs for spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, quantities, sizes, colours, artwork, logo version, dimensions, print location, orientation and overall layout.

Approval authorizes PrintMoi to produce the order from the approved proof. Errors visible on an approved proof are normally the customer’s responsibility. If PrintMoi manufactures something materially different from the approved proof, it will be treated as a potential PrintMoi production error.

Digital proofs represent general content, layout and placement. They do not guarantee exact screen-to-print colour, exact physical scale, garment texture, thread appearance or perfectly identical positioning.

Colour, Garments & Production Tolerances

Screen colours may differ from printed colours. Reasonable colour variation may occur between printing methods, fabrics, substrates, material batches, ink batches, threads and separate production runs.

Blank garments and products are made by third parties and may vary reasonably in size, shade, fabric, stitching, construction, dye lot, texture, seams and labels. Manufacturer size charts are guides.

Custom production may have minor commercially reasonable variation in placement, centering, dimensions, cutting, trimming, registration, embroidery position and finishing. These normal tolerances are not considered defects.

Embroidery, Signs & Large Format

Embroidery may require simplification of small text, thin lines, gradients or highly detailed artwork. Thread colours are approximations and may not exactly match screen or printed colours.

Large-format and rigid-substrate products may have reasonable variation in dimensions, trimming, panel alignment, finishing, colour and surface appearance.

Unless installation is included in writing, the customer or installer is responsible for determining whether the product, mounting method, fasteners, adhesives and location are suitable for the intended installation and applicable conditions.

Customer-Supplied Goods

PrintMoi may accept customer-supplied garments or materials at its discretion. These items involve added production risk because PrintMoi cannot control their quality, age, coatings, previous treatment, storage, fabric composition, heat sensitivity or compatibility.

PrintMoi may recommend extra pieces and may refuse products we believe are unsuitable. Responsibility for damage to customer-supplied goods will be determined according to the circumstances, any written agreement and applicable law.

Production, Deadlines & Reorders

Production times are estimates unless PrintMoi expressly guarantees a completion date in writing. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Customers must disclose fixed event deadlines before ordering. Rush fees prioritize production but do not guarantee carrier performance or prevent delays outside PrintMoi’s reasonable control.

Reorders are new production runs. PrintMoi will make reasonable efforts to match previous work, but exact matching cannot be guaranteed because products, dye lots, materials, inks, threads, suppliers and production conditions may change.

Changes, Cancellations & Availability

Changes after proof approval, material purchasing, setup or production may result in additional charges or may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is accepted after costs have been incurred, PrintMoi may deduct or invoice reasonable costs including design, setup, merchandise, special orders, restocking charges, freight and completed production.

Products, colours, sizes and materials are subject to supplier availability. PrintMoi will not knowingly make a material substitution without customer approval.

Inspection & Proper Use

Customers should inspect orders promptly after pickup or delivery. Suspected defects or errors should be reported before affected products are worn, washed, installed, distributed, sold or altered.

Customers are responsible for proper care, installation and use of products unless PrintMoi expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Website, Third Parties & Delays

Customers are responsible for safeguarding account login information. PrintMoi may suspend accounts used fraudulently, illegally or without authorization.

PrintMoi may use third-party payment, courier, hosting, e-commerce, software, analytics, supplier and accounting services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

PrintMoi is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, power or internet failure, equipment breakdown, transportation disruption, labour disruption, supplier shortages, government action or emergencies.

Warranty, Liability & Law

PrintMoi intends to manufacture products with reasonable care and in material accordance with the approved order, subject to the tolerances and limitations in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory warranty, remedy or consumer right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintMoi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential commercial losses such as lost profits, sales, opportunities, event revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Where legally permitted, PrintMoi’s total liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of the order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdictional rights.
